Split Rock Restoration is a fully insured, local business operated by two member owners, Grant Thibault and Josh Dam. Based in Burlington's historic south end, we complete traditional slate work to the highest standards, using traditional slate roofing equipment and techniques. From the assessment to the completed project, we ensure thoroughness and accuracy. Completed work is inspected by both member owners.

Prior to being installed, each slate used for repair is examined for imperfections and hand tested or “knocked” to ensure they are uniform and structurally sound.

All slate supplied by Split Rock Restoration, new and refurbished, is sourced locally and responsibly.
